  3. Rinse the area well with clean water and spits loose debris before entering again under the bridge.
  4. Use Listerine mouthwash to clean the area. You can also reach areas that would otherwise be difficult to reach. Shake the Listerine around the mouth for one minute before spitting it out.

  • Brush your teeth, including the bridge, twice daily. Spend flossing at least once a day.
